I am a Toronto based personal trainer with over 15 years of experience in training methods like strength and conditioning, TRX, and Olympic Lifts, to name a few.

I offer online programs, in person one-one or group training in the GTA.

WE ALL KNOW HAVING A BALANCED DIET IS VITAL TO YOUR WELL BEING. BUT WHEN IT COMES TO WORKING OUT, THE FOOD YOU EAT CAN MAKE OR BREAK THE RESULTS YOU SEE. THIS DOESN'T HAVE TO  MEAN STRICT MEAL PLANS. BUT IT DOES REQUIRE YOU TO EAT WELL, AND INDULGE IN MODERATION .

Fitness is first and foremost a state of mind. And, a healthy mind can take you further than anything else. A lot of people are intimidated by the thought of stepping foot in a gym or partnering with a trainer, which prevents them from pursuing their fitness goals. This lack of self confidence holds them back from pursuing other things in life too. My goal is to make you the strongest you have ever been – both physically and mentally. 

 

I will teach you technique, motivate you, and empower you to persevere in order to get you to your strongest self. Our journey will be about more than just meeting your fitness goals. I will help you apply what you learn in the gym to other aspects of your life. Your success will be measured not just by your physical progress, but by the overall results you achieve in your confidence, approach to challenges and outlook on life.

IN DEPTH ASSESSMENT

Complimentary consultation consisting of functional movement screening, posture testing, strength testing, cardiovascular output testing, primal movement testing, that will help determine your current fitness level. Program recommendation to follow. 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Full body programs designed to improve cardiovascular performance, increase strength and power as well as, speed, explosiveness, and agility.

POSTURE CORRECTION & MOBILITY

Mobility exercises designed to increase range of motion and help prevent injury.

  • Increase overall performance

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

Suspension Training using bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, and uses gravity as leverage to be challenged at all times.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Program involving two major movements - Snatch & Clean and Jerk, which help to increase speed, power and conditioning.
